摘要
采用ANSYS APDL命令流对薄板超声电机定子进行了瞬态特性分析。经设定瞬态求解选项、定义电场耦合面和施加交变电载荷并求解,得到了定子加电后驱动足上质点周期性变大的位移分量和椭圆运动轨迹等瞬态特性。证实了薄板超声电机定子双驱动足交替驱动的运行机理。
ANSYS APDL command flow is applied to perform transient characteristics analysis on the stator of the thin-plate ultrasonic motor.Such transient characteristics as the periodic larger displacement component and elliptical motion trajectory of the upper particle on the driving foot are obtained after the stator is electrified,by means of setting the transient solution option,defining the electric field coupling face and imposing the alternating electric load as well as finding the solution.Thus,operational mechanism of the alternating driving of the double driving feet on the stator of the thin-plate ultrasonic motor is proved.
