Sensorless Control of Surface-Mounted Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor in Full Speed Range

摘要 在永磁电机控制系统中编码器等位置传感器的使用增加了系统的复杂性,降低了系统的可靠性和适应性,因而无位置传感器控制方法被提出并得到了广泛的研究。现有的永磁同步电机无传感器控制方法主要进行零低速或中高速条件下转速的估计,缺少零低速向中高速平滑切换的方法研究,存在着适用转速范围有限等问题。利用脉振高频电压信号注入法进行零低速时转子的位置估计,利用模型参考自适应法进行中高速时的转速估计;提出了一种加权法在某一速度范围内将不同控制方法估计的转速进行平滑切换,得出切换区间内平滑的合成估计速度,从而实现表贴式永磁同步电机全速度范围的无传感器控制。对于某一表贴式永磁电机,应用Matlab/Simulink进行了永磁电机无传感器控制系统的仿真分析,仿真结果验证了所提出方法的有效性。 In the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)control system,the use of position sensors such as encoders increases the complexity of the system and reduces the reliability and adaptability of the system,so the sensorless control method has been proposed and widely studied.The existing sensorless control method of PMSM is to estimate the rotational speed under zero-low speed or medium-high speed conditions,which leads to some problems such as limited speed range,etc,and there is a lack of study of smooth switching method from zero-low speed to medium-high speed.The position estimation of PMSM rotor at zero and low speed was carried out by using the pulse high frequency voltage signal injection method,and the rotational speed estimation at medium and high speed was carried out by using the model reference adaptive method.A weighted method was proposed to smoothly switch the rotational speeds estimated by different control methods in a certain speed range,and a smooth synthetic speed can be obtained in the switching interval.So,the sensorless control of surface mounted PMSM can be realized in full speed range.Finally,the simulation model of sensorless control system of a surface mounted PMSM was established and the simulation wa carried out by using MATLAB/Simulink,and the simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
