电缆绝缘材料击穿强度在线检测方法研究 被引量:7

摘要 针对传统检测方法未对数据信号进行转换,导致检测结果容易出现偏差的问题,提出一种电缆绝缘材料击穿强度在线检测方法。在物联网环境下收集电缆绝缘材料击穿强度数据,利用Mallet算法对收集到的数据信号实施转换与重构,消除电缆绝缘材料击穿强度数据中易导致结果偏差的部分,依据数据信号转换结果构建电缆绝缘材料击穿强度在线检测平台,结合平台中的信号处理单元、信号接收单元与信号发射单元实现电缆绝缘材料击穿强度的在线检测。实验结果证明所提在线检测方法的绝缘热延伸检测指标性能指数优良,说明上校方法更适用于电缆绝缘材料击穿强度的检测,具有较高的实际应用性。 Generally,the traditional detection methods ignore the conversion of data signal,which produces deviation detection results.In this regard,this paper puts forward an on-line detection method of breakdown strength for cable insulation materials.Firstly,based on the Internet of things,the breakdown strength data of cable insulation materials were collected,and then mallet algorithm was adopted to transform and reconstruct the collected data signals for eliminating the deviation in the data of cable insulation material breakdown strength.Secondly,the online detection platform of cable insulation material breakdown strength was established via the data signal transmission results,moreover,combining with the signal processing unit,signal receiving unit and signal transmitting unit in the platform,eventually,the online detection of cable insulation material breakdown strength was completed.The simulation results show that the on-line detection method has excellent performance index of insulation thermal elongation detection index,which indicates that the method has high practical application in the detection of cable insulation material breakdown strength.
