摘要 针对金属点阵材料的结构参数开展了检测方法研究。高能束激光选区熔化点阵结构的连接杆经工业CT(电子计算机断层扫描)检测后得到的影像呈椭圆状,针对这一影像特征,依据椭圆上任意两点之间的最大几何距离为长轴这一概念,实现了单个椭圆位置参数、形状参数的自动识别,以及金属点阵结构几何参数的自动化检测。检测结果基本符合设计值,为其他零件结构缺陷的数字射线成像及工业CT检测影像的自动识别提供了参考。 The paper carries out geometrical parameter measurement method research of the metal lattice material.The CT(computed tomography)image of a connection rod of high energy selective laser molten lattice structure is presented as an ellipse.According to the image characteristics,the paper fulfills automatic recognition of the position parameter,shape parameter for the single ellipse and automatic measurement of geometrical parameter for the metal lattice material structure,based on the longest distance between any two point on the ellipse being long axis.The testing result basically complies design value.It provides a reference for image automatic recognition of other part digital radiography and industrial CT.
