高速公路PPP建设项目双重预防机制安全防控体系研究

Research on Safety Prevention and Control System of Double Prevention Mechanism in Highway PPP Construction Project

为有效遏制高速公路PPP建设项目施工安全事故的发生,全面提高工程施工安全和质量,应结合工程建设实际,积极探索双重预防机制安全防控体系。基于此,本文在全面了解当前高速公路PPP建设项目双重预防机制安全防控体系建设现状的基础上,提出了几点建议,以期进一步优化高速公路项目双重预防机制的优势。

In order to effectively curb the occurrence of construction safety accidents in expressway PPP construction projects,and to improve construction safety and quality in an all-round way,it is necessary to actively explore a dual prevention mechanism safety prevention and control system based on the actual situation of the project.Based on a comprehensive understanding of the current status of the safety prevention and control system of the dual prevention,mechanism of PPP construction projects in expressways,this article puts forward several suggestions in order to further optimize the advantages of the dual prevention mechanism of expressway projects.
