Research on the Design of a Nursing Home Project in Jiading District,Shanghai

近年来,随着我国人口步入老龄化阶段,养老问题引起了广泛关注,特别是老年人的居住环境,养老院建设等问题[1]。然而,在各类养老设施的建设和运营过程中出现了各种问题,国家也相继出台或修订了与之相关的设计规范和标准。基于此,本文以上海市嘉定区某养老院项目为例,浅析了其设计过程,以供参考。

In recent years,as the population of our country has entered the aging stage,the issue of elderly care has aroused widespread concern,especially the living environment of the elderly,the construction of nursing homes and other issues.However,various problems have arisen in the construction and operation of various types of elderly care facilities,and the state has successively introduced or revised related design codes and standards.Based on this,this article takes a nursing home project in Jiading District,Shanghai as an example,and analyzes its design process for reference.
