高等师范专业学生心理韧性与职业成熟度研究 被引量:8

摘要 为探讨高等师范专业学生心理韧性与职业成熟度的特点以及两者之间的关系。采用心理韧性量表和大学生职业成熟度量表对380名高等师范专业学生进行调查。结果显示:高等师范专业学生的心理韧性在性别上存在显著差异,在年级、家庭结构、生源地上不存在显著差异;高等师范专业学生的职业成熟度在性别、年级、生源地上存在显著差异,在家庭结构方面没有显著差异;高等师范专业学生的心理韧性与职业成熟度总体水平上显著正相关。 The objective of this study is to explore the characteristics of Higher Normal Students'psychological resilience and career maturity,and the relationship between them as well.The study method:380 students from normal colleges or universities are the subjects,resilience scale and career-maturity scale are the research tools.The results show that,first,in terms of psychological resilience there are significant differences in gender,but no significant differences in grade,family structure and the place of birth.Second,in terms of career maturity there are significant differences in gender,grade and the place of birth,but no significant differences in family structure.Third,Higher Normal Students'psychological resilience is positively correlated with career maturity in the general level.
