团体辅导与视听刺激干预:大学生心理社会能力培养路径研究 被引量:3

Group counseling and audio-visual Stimulation Intervention:A Study on theways of Cultivating CollegeStudents'psychosocial Competence

摘要 根据团体动力学及实验心理学等理论编制有效团体方案及合理设计实验过程,采用实验组、控制组和对照组前后测准实验模式,进行团体辅导与迫选学习和积极词句视听刺激干预,应用自编《大学生心理社会能力调查问卷(CSPCS)》(α=0.880)、《社会适应能力诊断量表(SADC)》及《自我意识量表(SCS)》进行测量。结果显示:团体辅导与迫选学习和积极词句视听刺激干预均对大学生心理社会能力培养起推动作用,结合团队培养和个人内化培养效果更为显著。 According to the theory of group dynamics and experimental psychology,designing Group scheme and experiment,Quasi-experimental mode,to intervene in the experimental group,and the comparison group.Applied CSPCS(α=0.880),SADC and SCS measurement.The results showed that intervention could promote the development of college students'psychosocial competence,especially the combination of group training and personal internalization.
