摘要
目的:研究榆树皮的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱和Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化。通过所得单体化合物的理化性质和波谱分析(1H-NMR与13C-NMR)以及相关文献的佐证鉴定化合物结构。结果:从榆树皮中分离得到了11个化合物,分别鉴定为:β-胡萝卜苷(1)、methyl-α-D-apiofuranoside(2)、东莨菪苷(3)、nudiposide(4)、(+)-5′-methoxyisolariciresinol-9-O-β-D-xylopyranoside(5)、尿嘧啶核苷(6)、icariside E3(7)、4,5-甲氧基-3-羟基-1-苯酚-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8)、红景天苷(9)、icariside E4(10)、紫花松果菊苷A(11)。结论:其中,化合物2、3、5~11为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物2、3、6、8、9、11为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents from the bark of Ulmus pumila.Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by chromatographic, Sephadex LH-20 and other methods.Their structures were identified by physicochemical properties, NMR and comparing with relative literatures.Results: Eleven compounds were isolated from the bark of Ulmus pumila and identified as β-daucosterol(1),methyl-α-D-apiofuranoside(2),scopolin(3),nudiposide(4),(+)-5′-methoxyisolariciresinol-9-O-β-D-xylopyranoside(5),uridine(6),icariside E3(7),4,5-methoxy-3-hydroxy-1-phenol-β-D-glucoside(8),salidroside(9),icariside E4(10),echipuroside A(11),respectively.Conclusion: Among them, compounds 2,3,5 to 11 are isolated from this plant for the first time, compounds 2,3,6,8,9,11 are isolated from the genus for the first time.
