摘要
目的:研究黔产黄苞大戟地上部分的化学成分。方法:采用正相硅胶、ODS、RP-HPLC、Sephadex LH-20等色谱技术进行分离纯化。结果:从黄苞大戟地上部分80%乙醇提取物中分离得到15个化合物,经波谱数据结合理化性质分别鉴定为:24-亚甲基环阿尔廷酸(1)、24-亚甲基环阿尔廷醇(2)、粘霉烯酮(3)、蒲公英萜酮(4)、(24S)豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(5)、泽漆内酯E(6)、槲皮素(7)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(8)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-鼠李糖苷(9)、3,3′-二甲氧基鞣花酸-4′-O-β-D-吡喃木糖苷(10)、 8,8″-亚甲基双槲皮素(11)、没食子酸(12)、没食子酸甲酯(13)、原儿茶酸(14)、东莨菪亭(15)。结论:其中,化合物11为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1、2、5、6、9、10为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents from the aboveground part of Guizhou Euphorbia sikkimensis.Methods: The normal phase silica gel, ODS,RP-HPLC and Sephadex LH-20 were used for isolation and purification.Results: Fifteen compounds were isolated from the 80% ethanol extract of Euphorbia sikkimensis and identified as 24-methylenecycloartanyl formate(1),24-methylenecycoartanol(2),gluinone(3),taraxerone(4),(24S)sosterine-4-ene-3-ketone(5),helioscopinolide E(6),quercetin(7),quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactoside(8),quercetin-3-O-β-D-rhamnoside(9),3,3′-di-O-methylellagic acid-4′-O-β-D-xylopyranoside(10),8,8″-methylene diquercetin(11),gallic acid(12),methyl gallate(13),protocatechuic acid(14),scopoletin(15),respectively, by the combination of spectral data and physicochemical property.Conclusion: Among them, compound 11 is isolated from Euphorbia genus for the first time, compounds 1,2,5,6,9,10 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
