关注电子变压器设计中对伏秒特性(ET积)要求

Attention to the Volt-Second Characteristic(ET product)Requirement in the Design of Electronic Transformer

电子变压器在现代信息化电子系统起着十分重要的作用,对电子变压器的可靠性要求也越来越高,但是,常常有些设计考虑不周引起系统故障的案例时有发生,这主要表现在一些第二供应商的cost down设计,例如,有些忽略了电子变压器的伏秒特性(ET积)设计,给客户带来不必要的整机故障或者最终客户的投诉,甚至导致客户重大经济损失,最终也引起变压器生产商的损失。这里以一个案例分析,说明关注电子变压器设计中伏秒特性ET积要求的重要性,同时呼吁从源头的磁芯生产厂就提供伏秒特性指标给变压器生产厂使用。

The electronic transformer plays a very important role in the modern information electronicsystem,the demand for the reliability of electronic transformer is getting higher and higher.However,there are many cases of system failure caused by improper design consideration,which is mainly reflectedin cost down design of some second suppliers,for example,some neglect the design of the voltage-secondcharacteristic(ET product)of the electronic transformer,which brings the customer unnecessary wholemachine fault or the final customer's complaint,even causes the customer significant economic loss,finallyalso causes the transformer manufacturer's loss.In this paper,a case study is presented to illustrate theimportance of paying attention to the volt-second characteristic ET product in the design of electronictransformer.At the same time,it is called for the core manufacturers from the source to provide volt-second characteristics for transformer manufacturers to use.
