摘要
针对目前各种伺服装置在工作中存在着掉落灰渣导致装置出现损坏以及脏乱等现象,本文基于优化改善思想提出了一种具有自防护与清洁功能的伺服装置用自清洁装置,该装置通过其挡灰结构和外围阻挡结构来对各种伺服装置进行挡灰挡渣,并利用刷毛组来对装置进行自主清洁,从而实现了对伺服装置的自防护与清洁,使伺服装置在工作时更加稳定干净,同时还节约了一些机器的维护费用,对于未来各种伺服装置的设计具有一定的参考意义。
At present,various servo devices have fallen ash and other behaviors during their work,causing the device to be damaged and messy.In response to the above problems,this paper proposes a self-protection and cleaning function for servo devices from the perspective of optimization and improvement.When the servo device is working,the self-cleaning device uses the dust-retaining structure and the peripheral blocking structure(self-protection structure)in the device to block ash and slag to prevent it from causing extreme work damage,and uses the brush set to autonomous cleaning of the device makes the device tidy when working,thereby realizing self-protection and cleaning of the servo device,making these servo devices more stable and clean when working,and saving the maintenance cost of the machine to a certain extent.The selfcleaning device has certain reference signif icance for the design of various servo devices in the future.
