摘要
近几年来,各种大功率、高耗电以及智能化的电器设备融入到居民的日常生活,比如空调、液晶电视、微波炉等,导致小区用电量增加,在用电量高峰时期会出现电压过大的问题。在人们用电需求不断增加的情况下如果不能够及时了解小区用电信息,就无法保障小区强电设计的科学性和合理性。为此,本文在阐述住宅小区建筑强电设计影响因素和基本原则的基础上,结合实际从变配电系统、照明系统、防雷接地系统等方面具体分析如何优化住宅小区建筑电气系统的强电设计。
In recent years,a variet y of high-power,high power consumption and intelligent electrical equipment have been integrated into the daily life of residents,such as air conditioning,LCD TV,microwave oven,etc.,which leads to the increase of power consumption in the residential area,and the problem of excessive voltage will appear in the peak period of power consumption.In the case of increasing demand for electricity,if we can not timely understand the residential electricity information,we can not guarantee the scientif icity and rationality of the strong power design.Therefore,on the basis of expounding the inf luencing factors and basic principles of the strong current design of residential buildings,combined with the actual situation,this paper analyzes how to optimize the strong current design of the electrical system of residential buildings f rom the a spects of power transformation a nd distribution s ystem,lighting s ystem,lightning protection and grounding system.
