摘要
近年来,我国高校对教学质量评估做了一系列研究,但多集中于问题分析、评价体系的建立、分析方法的探讨和少量模型的构建,鲜少有高职校教学质量评价模型的建立。故本文从“教学对象实情”、“教学过程实施”、“教学效果反映”多个维度,立足师生双视角,进行高职校教学质量评价模型的构建,既能评价教师的教学能力及学生的学习效果,又为职业教育教学过程中的多元融合提供了检验参考。
In recent years,China's universities have done a series of research on teaching quality evaluation,but mostly focus on problem analysis,evaluation system,analysis methods and a small number of models.However,there are few studies on the establishment of teaching quality evaluation model in higher vocational schools.Therefore,this paper constructs the evaluation model of teaching quality in higher vocational schools from the perspectives of teachers and students from"the actual situation of teaching objects","the implementation of teaching process"and"the ref lection of teaching effect",it can not only evaluate the teaching ability of teachers and the learning effect of students,but also provide a reference for the teaching process of vocational education.
