学术交流平台对研究生创新能力培养的探索

Research on the Cultivation of Graduate Students'Innovation Ability by Academic Exchange Platform

通过学术平台培养研究生创新能力,分析我校研究生学术交流等现状发现,随着研究生规模的壮大,我校研究生学术氛围不浓厚、创新能力不足、语言表达差等问题日益凸显。因此,本文强调学术交流在研究生培养环节的重要作用,并提出培养研究生的创新能力必须把学术交流与其日常专业学习和科学研究工作紧密结合起来,把知识创新(能力)的培养融入其全过程,加强研究生学术交流,以提高研究生科研兴趣爱好,增强我校研究生对新问题的提出、分析和解决能力,对培养具有创新能力的重要人才具有重要的意义。

Through the academic platform to cultivate the innovation ability of graduate students and analyze the current situation of academic exchange of graduate students in our university,it is found that with the expansion of the scale of graduate students,the problems of weak academic atmosphere,lack of innovation ability,poor language expression and so on have become increasingly prominent.Therefore,this paper emphasizes the important role of academic exchange in the cultivation of postgraduates,and proposes that the cultivation of Postgraduates'innovative ability should be closely combined with their daily professional study and scientif ic research work,the cultivation of knowledge innovation(ability)should be integrated into the whole process,and the academic exchange of postgraduates should be strengthened so as to improve their interest in scientif ic research and enhance the postgraduates of our university The ability to propose,analyze and solve new problems is of great signif icance to the cultivation of innovative talents.
