This paper is based on the development standpoint of "adhering to the people-centered," solving the problem of unbalanced and insufficient development, integrating into the domestic and international dual cycle, and building a higher-level integrated city—regions, comprehensive transportation as well as the institutional innovation of airport layout planning dimensions, and put forward the strategic value and social practical significance of building new Suzhou Airport under the background of the integration of the Yangtze River Delta.
