某季铵盐和酚类复方消毒剂消毒性能研究 被引量:5

Study on the disinfection performance of a quaternary ammonium salt and phenol compound disinfectant

摘要 目的观察某季铵盐和酚类复方消毒剂对不同指示菌株的杀灭效果,以及不同清洁状态消毒效果的差异。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验,观察不同条件下该消毒剂的消毒性能。结果该消毒剂1∶50稀释液对金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌作用10 min消毒效果均达到合格,对大肠埃希菌和铜绿假单胞菌作用20 min可达到合格;该消毒剂1∶200稀释液对金黄色葡萄球菌作用15 min、对白色念珠菌作用7.5 min,消毒效果可达到合格,对铜绿假单胞菌和大肠埃希菌作用22.5 min均未达到合格。在污染和清洁条件下,该消毒剂1∶200稀释液作用22.5 min,对铜绿假单胞菌平均杀灭对数值分别是2.37和4.94;作用15 min对大肠埃希菌平均杀灭对数值分别是4.75和5.84。结论同一浓度下,该消毒剂对金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌有良好的杀灭效果;但对大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌消毒效果较差。该消毒剂在清洁条件下,对大肠埃希菌和铜绿假单胞菌的消毒效果均优于污染条件。 Objective To observe the germicidal effect of a quaternary ammonium salt and phenol compound disinfectant on different indicator strains and the difference in germicidal effect of different cleaning states,so as to provide a basis for practical application. Methods The suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to observe the disinfection performance of the disinfectant under different conditions. Result The 1∶ 50 dilution of the disinfectant had a qualified disinfection effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans for 10 min,and it had a qualified effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli for 20 min. The 1∶ 200 dilution of the disinfectant had a qualified disinfection effect on Staphylococcus aureus for 15 min and Candida albicans for 7. 5 min,but it was not qualified on Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli for 22. 5 min.Under the contamination and cleaning conditions,the 1 ∶ 200 dilution of the disinfectant was used to act on Pseudomonas aeruginosa for 22. 5 min and the average killing logarithmic values were 2. 37 and 4. 94,respectively;while on Escherichia coli for 15 min,the average killing logarithmic values were 4. 75 and 5. 84,respectively. Conclusion At the same concentration,the disinfectant has a good killing effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans,but it has poor disinfection effect on Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Under the clean condition,the disinfectant has better disinfection effect on Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa than that under the contamination condition.
