摘要
叶轮类零件向来是数控加工领域的重点和难点,在中国制造2025战略推动下,近年来国内对数控多轴加工技术研究得以广泛开展,各种国际上常用的知名工业CAM软件也逐步地引进和普及。通过以某型叶轮的ESPRIT软件五轴加工模块的粗、精等多种加工策略为具体研究对象的学习,以点带面展开对国际高端制造编程软件ESPRITCAM软件的多轴加工编程策略的具体学习与研究,紧跟国际最新多轴加工技术的发展,提升企业的高端制造能力水平。
Impeller parts have always been the focus and difficultyin the field of CNCmachining.Driven bythe"Made in China 2025"strategy,in recent years,domestic research on CNC multi-axis machining technology has been widely carried out,and a variety of well-known industrial CAM software commonly used in the world has been gradually introduced and popularized.Through the study of rough and fine machining strategies of five axis machining module of ESPRIT software of a certain impeller,the specific learning and research of multi axis machining programming strategy of international high-end manufacturing programming software ESPRITCA software is carried out from point to surface,closely following the development of the latest multi axis machining technology in the world and improving the level of high-end manufacturing capacity of enterprises.
