动态心电图与常规心电图在冠心病心律失常诊断中的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Dynamic Electrocardiogram and Conventional Electro cardiogram in the Diagnosis of Coronary Heart Disease Arrhythmia

目的分析动态心电图与常规心电图在冠心病心律失常诊断中的效果。方法回顾性分析2018年1月—2020年6月该院收治的68例冠心病心律失常患者资料,对其进行随机抽取,采用常规心电图检查设为对照组,接受动态心电图检查设为研究组,各34例。比较两组心肌缺血检出率、各类心律失常检出情况。结果研究组心肌缺血检出率85.29%比对照组61.76%明显高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.836,P<0.05);两组房室传导阻滞检出情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组房性早搏单发52.94%、成对性房性早搏41.18%、房性早搏二三联律47.06%、室性早搏单发61.76%、成对性室性早搏41.18%、室性早搏二三联律50.00%、交界性早搏单发35.29%、成对性交界性早搏41.18%、交界性早搏二三联律32.35%、短阵室性心动过速26.47%以及短阵室上性心动过速35.29%检出情况均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.975、11.769、8.336、5.902、5.916、6.439、3.843、4.533、4.191、5.314、8.994,P<0.05)。结论动态心电图在冠心病心律失常诊断中相较于常规心电图,能明显提高心肌缺血检出率,优化心律失常检出情况,具有较高临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the effects of Holter and conventional ECG in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease arrhythmia.Methods The data of 68 patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were randomly selected.Routine ECG examination was used as the control group,and Holter ECG examination was used as the study group.Each group with 34 cases.The detection rates of myocardial ischemia and various arrhythmias were compared between the two groups.Results The detection rate of myocardial ischemia in the study group was 85.29%significantly higher than that in the control group 61.76%.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.836,P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the detection of atrioventricular block between the two groups(P>0.05).In the study group,atrial premature beats single 52.94%,paired atrial premature beats 41.18%,atrial premature beats two-triple rule 47.06%,ventricular premature beats single 61.76%,paired ventricular premature beats 41.18%,ventricular premature beats two-triple rhythm 50.00%,borderline premature beats single 35.29%,paired borderline premature beats 41.18%,borderline premature beats two-triple rhythm 32.35%,short bursts of ventricular tachycardia 26.47%,and short bursts of supraventricular heartbeats 35.29%of overspeed detection was significantly better than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.975,11.769,8.336,5.902,5.916,6.439,3.843,4.533,4.191,5.314,8.994,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease and arrhythmia,dynamic electrocardiogram can significantly increase the detection rate of myocardial ischemia and optimize the detection of arrhythmia,which has higher clinical application value.
