阿托伐他汀钙联合替米沙坦治疗脑梗塞合并高血压的临床效果和安全性分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect and Safety of Atorvastatin Calcium Combined with Telmisartan in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction with Hypertension

目的分析脑梗塞合并高血压阿托伐他汀钙联合替米沙坦治疗的临床效果和安全性。方法随机选取2017年10月—2019年10月该院脑梗塞合并高血压患者70例,随机分为常规治疗组(n=35)和常规治疗基础上阿托伐他汀钙联合替米沙坦联合治疗组(n=35)两组,统计分析两组患者的血压、血脂、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果联合治疗组患者治疗后较治疗前的SBP、DBP、TG、TC、LDL-C水平降低幅度、HDL-C升高幅度均显著高于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗的总有效率方面,联合治疗组为91.4%(32/35),常规治疗组为74.3%(26/35),前者显著高于后者,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.340,P<0.05)。在不良反应发生率方面,联合治疗组为8.6%(3/35),常规治疗组为5.7%(2/35),两组比较差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05)。结论脑梗塞合并高血压阿托伐他汀钙联合替米沙坦治疗的临床效果好,安全性有保证。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of atorvastatin calcium combined with telmisartan in the treatment of cerebral infarction with hypertension.Methods A random selection of 70 patients with cerebral infarction and hypertension in the hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were randomly divided into the conventional treatment group(n=35)and the atorvastatin calcium combined treatment group(n=35)combined with telmisartan on the basis of conventional treatment,statistical analysis of the blood pressure,blood lipids,clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients.Results The reduction in SBP,DBP,TG,TC,LDL-C and the increase in HDL-C in the combined treatment group were significantly higher than those in the conventional treatment group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the total effective rate of treatment,the combined treatment group was 91.4%(32/35)and the conventional treatment group was 74.3%(26/35).The former was significantly higher than the latter,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=13.340,P<0.05).In terms of the incidence of adverse reactions,the combined treatment group was 8.6%(3/35)and the conventional treatment group was 5.7%(2/35).There was no significant difference between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of atorvastatin calcium combined with telmisartan in the treatment of cerebral infarction combined with hypertension is good,and the safety is guaranteed.
