摘要
目的探究负压封闭引流技术在骨创伤创面治疗中的效果。方法选择2019年1月—2020年1月该院收治的骨创伤创面损伤患者80例为研究对象,由计算机系统乱序随机分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者行常规换药治疗,研究组行负压封闭引流技术治疗。分别就两组患者的治疗效果、住院时间以及植皮疗效进行对比。结果研究组患者的Ⅱ期手术处理时间为(9.03±1.42)d,换药次数为(1.74±0.35)次,治疗后创伤面积(10.23±1.52)cm2,住院时间(17.24±0.97)d,优于对照组患者的Ⅱ期手术处理时间(14.58±3.28)d,换药次数为(9.33±1.27)次,治疗后创伤面积为(14.18±1.79)cm2,住院时间为(29.47±1.58)d,差异有统计学意义(t=9.820、36.439、10.638、41.720、P<0.05)。结论负压封闭引流在骨创伤创面损伤患者中疗效显著,可有效缩短患者Ⅱ期手术处理时间和住院时间,减少换药次数,具有较高的临床推广价值。
Objective To explore the effect of negative pressure sealing drainage technology in the treatment of bone trauma.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,80 patients with bone trauma and wound injury admitted to the hospital were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group by the computer system,with 40 casses patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional dressing change,and the study group was treated with negative pressure closed drainage technology.The treatment effect,length of stay and the effect of skin grafting were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The treatment time for the second stage of the study group was(9.03±1.42)d,the number of dressing changes was(1.74±0.35)times,the wound area after treatment was(10.23±1.52)cm2,and the hospital stay was(17.24±0.97)d.The treatment time of the second stage operation was(14.58±3.28)d,the number of dressing changes was(9.33±1.27)times,the wound area after treatment was(14.18±1.79)cm2,and the hospital stay was(29.47±1.58)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.820,36.439,10.638,41.720,P<0.05).Conclusion Negative pressure sealing drainage has a significant effect in patients with bone traumatic wounds.It can effectively shorten the treatment time and hospitalization time of the second stage operation and reduce the number of dressing changes.It has high clinical promotion value.
