小儿急腹症中经脐腹腔镜的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Transumbilical Laparoscopy in Children with Acute Abdomen

目的探讨经脐腹腔镜应用在小儿急腹症中的临床疗效。方法将该院2018年2月—2019年6月收治的60例小儿急腹症患儿以不同手术治疗方式将其分为实验组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患儿接受传统剖腹手术治疗,实验组患儿接受经脐腹腔镜治疗,对两组患儿术后并发症发生情况进行观察分析,对比两组患儿的住院时间、康复时间、手术时间、术中出血量以及术后排气时间。结果实验组患儿并发症发生率为13.00%明显低于对照组患儿并发症发生率43.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.648,P<0.05);实验组患儿住院时间、康复时间、手术时间、术中出血量以及术后排气时间均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.660、6.805、2.015、15.006、30.002,P<0.05)。结论经脐腹腔镜在小儿急腹症中的应用效果明显,可促进患儿的术后康复,利于患儿身体改善,预防并发症发生,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transumbilical laparoscopy in children with acute abdomen.Methods Sixty children with acute abdomen in children admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to June 2019 were divided into experimental group and control group with different surgical treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received traditional laparotomy,and the experimental group received transumbilical laparoscopy.The postoperative complications of the two groups were observed and analyzed,and the hospitalization time,recovery time,operation time,Intraoperative bleeding and postoperative exhaust time of the two groups were compared.Results The complication rate of children in the experimental group was 13.00%,which was significantly lower than the complication rate of 43.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.648,P<0.05);the hospitalization time and recovery time of the children in the experimental group,operation time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative exhaust time were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.660,6.805,2.015,15.006,30.002,P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of umbilical laparoscopy in children with acute abdomen is obvious.It can promote the recovery of children after surgery,help children improve their health,and prevent complications.It is worthy of clinical application.
