无痛可视人工流产术后配伍口服优思明的临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Oral Administration of Yasmin after Painless Visual Abortion

目的研究分析无痛可视人工流产术后联合优思明口服治疗的临床效果。方法于2017年5月—2020年5月汶上县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心诊断为早孕并自愿行无痛可视人工流产的110例患者作为研究对象。将所有患者按照随机抽样的方法进行分组,其中一组为常规组,另一组为研究组。每组55例。研究组无痛可视人工流产术后即时口服优思明,常规组只进行无痛可视人工流产术治疗。结果研究组术后阴道流血时间(6.9±2.2)d、月经复潮所需时间(27.8±3.3)d更少,且子宫内膜明显增厚为(7.1±0.7)mm,与常规组(12.1±3.7)d、(36.5±6.2)d、(4.3±0.8)mm,差异有统计学意义(t=15.306、29.554、11.824,P<0.05);研究组术后出血量>月经量、月经紊乱、盆腔炎、宫腔黏连、再次妊娠率分别为3.64%、1.82%、1.82%、0.00%、0.00%,较常规组10.91%、9.09%、10.91%、9.09%、10.91%更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=27.684、23.858、26.502、18.166、4.407,P<0.05)。结论无痛可视人工流产术后即时口服优思明可有效避孕,同时还缩短了患者术后阴道出血时间、月经恢复时间,改善了术后子宫内膜恢复,减少了术后并发症,值得在基层医院推广。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of combined oral treatment with Yasmin after painless visual abortion.Methods From May 2017 to May 2020,110 patients who were diagnosed as early pregnancy by the Maternal and Child Health Family Planning Service Center of Wenshang County and voluntarily underwent painless visual abortion were studied.All patients were divided into groups according to a random sampling method.One group was the regular group and the other group was the study group.55 cases in each group.In the study group,the painless visual abortion was administered immediately after oral administration,while the conventional group only received the painless visual abortion treatment.Results The postoperative vaginal bleeding time in the study group was(6.9±2.2)d,the time required for menstrual renewal(27.8±3.3)d was less,and the endometrium was significantly thickened(7.1±0.7)mm,which was compared with the routine group(12.1±3.7)d,(36.5±6.2)d,(4.3±0.8)mm differences were statistically significant(t=15.306,29.554,11.824,P<0.05);postoperative bleeding in the study group>menstrual volume,menstrual disorders,pelvic cavity Inflammation,intrauterine adhesions,and re-pregnancy rates were 3.64%,1.82%,1.82%,0.00%,0.00%,respectively,which were lower than those of the routine group 10.91%,9.09%,10.91%,9.09%,10.91%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=27.684,23.858,26.502,18.166,4.407,P<0.05).Conclusion Painless and visually induced abortion can be effective in contraception by oral administration of Yasmin immediately after the operation.It also shortens the vaginal bleeding time and menstrual recovery time,improves the postoperative endometrial recovery,and reduces postoperative complications.It is worthwhile promotion in primary hospitals.
