牙周基础治疗联合正畸干预在牙周病患者中的应用及对美观的影响研究

Application of Basic Periodontal Treatment Combined with Orthodontic Intervention in Patients with Periodontal Disease and Its Influence on Aesthetics

目的研究牙周基础治疗联合正畸干预对牙周病患者产生的效果和对其牙周美观度的相关影响。方法回顾性选取于2018年1月—2019年12月到该院的就诊的50例牙周病患者作为观察对象,将进行了牙周基础治疗的患者列入对照组,然后把实施了牙周基础治疗联合正畸干预的患者列入观察组。对两组患者的牙周状况和牙齿美观情况进行比较。结果治疗结束6个月后,观察组患者的牙龈出血评分(3.84±0.71)分、牙齿松动度评分(3.65±0.58)分、牙周探诊深度评分(3.84±1.05)分和龈乳头高度(2.55±0.84)mm均高于对照组的牙龈出血评分(3.25±0.94)分、牙齿松动度评分(3.06±0.88)分、牙周探诊深度评分(3.17±1.20)分和龈乳头高度(1.95±0.67)mm,差异有统计学意义(t=2.504、2.799、2.101、2.792,P<0.05),而其牙前牙覆盖距离(1.83±0.67)mm和牙间隙(0.38±0.08)mm也明显小于对照组的牙前牙覆盖距离(2.56±0.42)mm和牙间隙(0.46±0.12)mm,差异有统计学意义(t=4.616、2.774,P<0.05)。结论牙周基础治疗联合正畸干预可以明显地改善牙周病患者的牙周状况,同时也能有效地提升患者牙齿的美观情况。

Objective To study the effect of basic periodontal treatment combined with orthodontic intervention on periodontal patients and the related influence on periodontal aesthetics.Methods Retrospectively selected 50 patients with periodontal disease who came to the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 as observation objects.Patients who underwent basic periodontal treatment were included in the control group,and then the periodontal treatment was performed.Patients with basic treatment combined with orthodontic intervention were included in the observation group.The periodontal condition and tooth aesthetics of the two groups of patients were compared.Results Six months after the end of treatment,the observation group's gingival bleeding score(3.84±0.71)points,tooth looseness score(3.65±0.58)points,periodontal probing depth score(3.84±1.05)points,and gingival papilla height(2.55±0.84)mm were higher than the control group’s gingival bleeding score(3.25±0.94)points,tooth looseness score(3.06±0.88)points,periodontal probing depth score(3.17±1.20)points and gingival papilla height(1.95±0.67)mm,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.504,2.799,2.101,2.792,P<0.05),and the anterior tooth coverage distance(1.83±0.67)mm and interdental space(0.38±0.08)mm were also significantly smaller than the anterior tooth coverage of the control group(2.56±0.42)mm and tooth space(0.46±0.12)mm,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.616,2.774,P<0.05).Conclusion Basic periodontal treatment combined with orthodontic intervention can significantly improve the periodontal condition of patients with periodontal disease,and it can also effectively improve the aesthetics of patients'teeth.
