丹参注射液对于膝骨性关节炎血清炎症细胞因子的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Danshen Injection on Serum Inflammatory Cytokines in Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探讨丹参注射液对于膝骨性关节炎血清炎症细胞因子的影响。方法选择2018年3月—2020年2月该院收治的80例膝骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其随机分为对照组与研究组,各40例。对照组关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗,研究组在此基础上关节腔内注射丹参注射液治疗。对比两组临床疗效、炎症细胞因子水平[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)与白介素-1β(IL-1β)],以及不良反应情况。结果研究组治疗的总有效率为92.50%高于对照组72.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.541,P<0.05)。治疗后研究组TNF-α(8.55±1.20)pg/mL、IL-6(29.25±2.65)pg/mL与IL-1β(32.25±3.28)pg/mL均低于对照组(12.05±1.00)pg/mL、(42.56±3.22)pg/mL、(39.50±4.05)pg/mL,差异有统计学意义(t=14.171、20.186、8.798,P<0.01)。两组不良反应发生率均为5.00%,对比差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05)。结论丹参注射液在膝骨性关节炎患者中具有显著的应用效果,可以有效改善其血清炎症细胞因子水平,适于临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of Danshen injection on serum inflammatory cytokines in knee osteoarthritis.Methods 80 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into two groups by random number table method,of which the control group and the study group.40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate,and the study group was treated with intra-articular injection of Danshen injection on this basis.The clinical efficacy,levels of inflammatory cytokines[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)],and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 92.50%higher than 72.50%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.541,P<0.05).After treatment,TNF-α(8.55±1.20)pg/mL,IL-6(29.25±2.65)pg/mL and IL-1β(32.25±3.28)pg/mL in the study group were lower than those in the control group(12.05±1.00)pg/mL,(42.56±3.22)pg/mL,(39.50±4.05)pg/mL,the difference was statistically significant(t=14.171,20.186,8.798,P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was 5.00%,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05).Conclusion Danshen injection has a significant application effect in patients with knee osteoarthritis.It can effectively improve the level of serum inflammatory cytokines and is suitable for clinical promotion.
