改良早期预警评分在特需病房护理中的应用

Application of Modified Early Warning Scoring in Nursing Care of Special Needs Wards

目的分析改良早期预警评分在特需病房护理中的应用效果。方法以该院老年病科、内分泌科、肾内科、肝胆科、呼吸科的358例患者为研究对象,患者入院时间为2017年1月—2018年12月,患者按照入科时的顺序进行分组,单号为改良组,共180例,双号为对照组,共178例。对比两组护理质量评分、护理满意以及发生紧急事件的概率。结果改良组患者的环境护理评分为(95.2±1.4)分高于对照组(90.4±1.9)分,差异有统计学意义(t=17.233,P<0.05);改良组护理服务评分为(96.7±1.8)分高于对照组(90.8±1.5)分,差异有统计学意义(t=33.672,P<0.05);改良组护理技术评分为(95.4±2.6)分高于对照组(89.9±4.4)分,差异有统计学意义(t=14.417,P<0.05);改良组患者的护理满意度为96.11%(173例),对照组患者的护理满意度为82.58%(147例),两组护理满意度数据差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=17.260,P<0.05)。改良组患者紧急事件发生率为1.67%(3例),对照组的发生率为10.11%(7例),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.561,P<0.05)。结论改良早期预警评分在特需病房护理中的应用能够提高临床护理质量,同时降低各类紧急事件的发生率,确保患者安全,患者满意度也更高,可以进行推.

Objective To analyze the application effect of the improved early warning score in the nursing of special needs wards.Methods In this study,358 patients from the Department of Geriatrics,Endocrinology,Nephrology,Hepatobiliary and Respiratory Diseases in the hospital were selected as the research objects.The patients were admitted from January 2017 to December 2018,patients were divided into groups according to the order of admission.The single number was the modified group,with a total of 180 cases,and the double number was the control group,with a total of 178 cases.Compared the two groups of nursing quality scores,nursing satisfaction and the probability of emergencies.Results The environmental nursing score of patients in the improved group was(95.2±1.4)points higher than that of the control group(90.4±1.9)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=17.233,P<0.05);the nursing service score of the improved group was(96.7±1.8)points higher than the score of the control group was(90.8±1.5)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=33.672,P<0.05);the nursing technique score of the modified group was(95.4±2.6)points higher than the control group(89.9±4.4)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=14.417,P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of patients in the improved group was 96.11%(173 cases),and the satisfaction of nursing care of patients in the control group was 82.58%(147 cases).There was a statistically significant difference in nursing satisfaction data between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=17.260,P<0.05).The incidence rate of emergency events in the modified group was 1.67%(3 cases),and the incidence rate in the control group was 10.11%(7 cases),The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.561,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of improved early warning scoring in special needs ward nursing can improve the quality of clinical care,while reducing the incidence of various emergencies,ensuring patient safety,and higher patient satisfaction,which can be promoted.
