优质护理对颅脑手术后昏迷患者双下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响研究

Study on the Effect of High-quality Nursing on Deep Vein Thrombosis of Lower Limbs in Comatose Patients after Craniocerebral Surgery

目的探究优质护理对颅脑手术后昏迷患者双下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响。方法研究该院2019年3月—2020年3月收治的94例颅脑手术后昏迷患者,将其按干预方式不同分为对照组(47例)观察组(47例)。对比两组效果。结果观察组患者发生下肢肿胀4例(8.5%)、下肢深静脉血栓3例(6.4%)及肺栓塞0例(0%),明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.524、5.242、7.526,P<0.05)。观察组患者腘静脉血液流速、股静脉血液流速高于对照组(t=8.242、6.547,P<0.05)。观察组对该次护理服务表示满意患者97.9%(46/47),高于对照组的83.0%(39/47),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.424,P<0.05)。结论颅脑手术后昏迷患者给予优质临床护理干预,有效降低了下肢肿胀、血栓及肺栓塞的形成几率,改善了患者腘静脉与股静脉的血液流速。

Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing care on deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs in comatose patients after craniocerebral surgery.Methods To study 94 patients who were admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 who were comatose after craniocerebral surgery,and divided them into control group(47 cases)and observation group(47 cases)according to different intervention methods.Compared the ffect of the two groups.Results Patients in the observation group had lower limb swelling 4 cases(8.5%),deep vein thrombosis 3 cases(6.4%)and pulmonary embolism 0 cases(0.0%),which were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.524,5.242,7.526,P<0.05).The blood flow velocity of the popliteal vein and femoral vein of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.242,6.547,P<0.05).97.9%(46/47)patients in the observation group were satisfied with this nursing service,which was higher than 8.03%(39/47)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.424,P<0.05).Conclusion After craniocerebral surgery,coma patients were given high-quality clinical nursing intervention,which effectively reduced the incidence of lower limb swelling,thrombosis and pulmonary embolism,and improved the blood flow rate of the popliteal and femoral veins.
