摘要
针对变电站继电保护定值、软压板核对长期依赖人工,且耗时耗力,核对困难的现状,本文通过研究大量常规变电站和智能变电站继电保护定值输出方式、现场变电站继电保护通信结构及定值管理等,提出通过MMS通信和采集打印信息的技术手段自动巡检继电保护装置的定值和软压板,与定值清单中定值、软压板自动比对,从而实现对继电保护定值自动巡检的目的。
In view of the fact that substation relay protection setting value and soft pressing plate verification rely on manual work for a long time,which is time-consuming and labor-consuming,and difficult to check,this paper studies a large number of conventional substation and intelligent substation relay protection setting output mode,field substation relay protection data transmission structure and setting management,and puts forward the technical means of MMS communication and collection and printing information for automatic inspection of relay protection The setting value and soft pressing plate of the protection device are automatically compared with the setting value and soft pressing plate in the setting value list,so as to realize the purpose of automatic inspection of relay protection setting value.
