摘要
2020年脱贫攻坚取得胜利,中国进入后扶贫时代。后扶贫时代如何巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果防止返贫,对于实现高质量脱贫、推进乡村振兴、促进地区经济发展具有重要意义。基于此,提出巩固脱贫成果的“经济资源集合—经济体激活”两步发展动态模式,论述其作用机理,并提出实施该模式的可行路径。
In 2020,China won the fight against poverty and entered the era of post-poverty alleviation.In the post-poverty alleviation era,how to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation and prevent people back into poverty again is of great significance for achieving high-quality poverty alleviation,promoting rural revitalization and promoting regional economic development.Based on this,this paper puts forward a two-step development dynamic model of“economic resources collectioneconomy activation”to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation,discusses its mechanism,and puts forward the feasible path to implement the model.
