小切口白内障术后的屈光状态及其影响因素

摘要 目的分析小切口白内障手术患者术后的屈光状态,并对相关影响因素进行探讨。方法共选择2018年6月—2019年6月于该院接受小切口白内障手术患者的120例(120眼)白内障患者,对患者术后屈光状态及相关影响因素进行详细分析。结果接受小切口白内障手术的患者中,术后屈光状态最多的类型为散光,52例,占比46.84%,其次为近视和远视,分别有27例、32例,分别占比24.32%、28.82%。术前使用B超测量技术计算人工晶状体度数术后屈光度均差与术前使用A超测量技术计算的屈光度均差相比更大,差异有统计学意义(t=8.154,P<0.001);患者手术过程中切口缝线眼散光度(-1.15±0.92)D与无切口缝线眼散光度(-0.81±0.82)D比较明显更高,差异有统计学意义(t=12.822,P<0.001)。结论采用小切口白内障手术治疗的患者中,术后屈光状态主要以散光为主。重视影响患者术后屈光状态的因素,减少切口缝线、使用A超精准测定可以有效降低屈光不正的发生率,提高患者术后视觉质量。 Objective To analyze the postoperative refractive status of patients with small incision cataract surgery,and to discuss related factors.Methods The study time was from June 2018 to June 2019.A total of 120 cataract patients(120 eyes)who underwent small incision cataract surgery in the hospital were selected,and the postoperative refractive status and related influencing factors were evaluated.Results Among the patients who underwent small incision cataract surgery,astigmatism was the most common type of postoperative refractive status,52 cases,accounting for 46.84%,followed by myopia and hyperopia,27 cases and 32 cases,accounting for 24.32%,respectively.28.82%.The average difference in refractive power calculated by using B-ultrasound measurement technology before operation of intraocular lens was significantly greater than that calculated by using A-ultrasound measurement technology before operationthe difference was statistically significant(t=8.154,P<0.001);patients were sutured during surgery,the astigmatism(-1.15±0.92)D was significantly higher than the astigmatism(-0.81±0.82)D of the non-incision suture eye,and the difference was statistically significant(t=12.822,P<0.001).Conclusion Among patients treated with small incision cataract surgery,the postoperative refractive status is mainly astigmatism.Pay attention to the factors that affect the postoperative refractive status of patients,reduce incision sutures and using A ultra-precision measurement can effectively reduce the incidence of refractive errors and improve the visual quality of patients after surgery.
