结肠癌应用腹腔镜根治术与传统开腹手术的治疗疗效对比

Comparison of the Therapeutic Effect of Laparoscopic Radical Surgery and Traditional Open Surgery for Colon Cancer

目的对比结肠癌应用腹腔镜根治术与传统开腹手术的治疗疗效。方法选择该院2018年10月—2019年12月收治的60例结肠癌患者,根据手术方式的不同分为腹腔镜组和开腹组,比较手术效果及并发症率。结果腹腔镜组的手术时间、术中出血量、胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间分别为(116.51±10.05)min、(125.64±20.76)mL、(2.12±0.84)d、(6.03±1.95)d,明显优于对照组的手术时间、术中出血量、胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间[(156.85±15.67)min、(194.74±23.41)mL、(3.89±1.48)d、(9.94±2.78)d],差异有统计学意义(t=11.869、12.096、5.697、6.307,P<0.05);腹腔镜组的并发症发生率为3.33%,明显低于开腹组的并发症发生率23.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.017,P<0.05)。结论结肠癌应用腹腔镜手术可缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,促进康复,且并发症发生率低,预后效果好。

Objective To compare the curative effect of radical laparoscopic surgery and traditional open surgery for colon cancer.Methods Sixty colon cancer patients admitted to the hospital from October 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into laparoscopic group and laparotomy group according to different surgical methods,and the surgical effect and complication rate were compared.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospital stay in the laparoscopic group were(116.51±10.05)min,(125.64±20.76)mL,(2.12±0.84)d,(6.03±1.95)d,significantly better than the control group's operation time,intraoperative blood loss,gastrointestinal function recovery time,hospitalization time[(156.85±15.67)min,(194.74±23.41)mL,(3.89±1.48)d,(9.94±2.78)d].The difference was statistically significant(t=11.869,12.096,5.697,6.307,P<0.05);the complication rate in the laparoscopic group was 3.33%,which was significantly lower than the 23.33%in the open group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.017,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of laparoscopic surgery for colon cancer can shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,promote recovery,and has a low complication rate and a good prognosis.
