老年高血压病左室肥厚二维超声与心电图的对照研究

Comparative Study of Two-dimensional Ultrasound and Electrocardiogram of Left Ventricular Hypertrophy in Elderly Patients with Hypertension

目的分析老年高血压病左室肥厚二维超声与心电图的对照结果。方法随机抽取2018年2月—2019年8月该院接受的78例老年高血压病左室肥厚案例作为对象,将其随机分组,依据诊断方式差异,分为二维超声组和心电图组,诊断后对数据结果分析。结果心电图组的检出率76.9%,二维超声组的检出率是94.8%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.186,P=0.023)。结论针对老年高血压病左室肥厚案例实施二维超声与心电图方式,可行性高,二维超声的整体优势更明显,需要结合临床的具体情况进行合理选择。

Objective To analyze the comparison between two-dimensional ultrasound and electrocardiogram of left ventricular hypertrophy in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods A random sample of 78 cases of left ventricular hypertrophy in elderly hypertension patients accepted by the hospital from February 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.According to the difference in diagnosis methods,they were divided into two-dimensional ultrasound group and electrocardiogram group,analyzed the data results after diagnosis.Results The detection rate of the ECG group was 76.9%,and the detection rate of the two-dimensional ultrasound group was 94.8%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.186,P=0.023).Conclusion It is feasible to implement two-dimensional ultrasound and electrocardiogram in the case of left ventricular hypertrophy in the elderly with hypertension.The overall advantages of two-dimensional ultrasound are more obvious.It is necessary to make a reasonable choice based on the specific clinical conditions.
