硝苯地平缓释剂治疗轻中度高血压患者的效果分析与药理剖析

Effect Analysis and Pharmacological Analysis of Nifedipine Sustained-release Agent on Patients with Mild to Moderate Hypertension

目的分析硝苯地平缓释剂治疗轻中度高血压患者的效果并对其药理进行剖析。方法随机选取该院于2019年5—9月收治的轻中度高血压患者共50例为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同,分为对照组和研究组(每组25例),对照组给予硝苯地平片治疗,研究组给予硝苯地平缓释片治疗,观察研究两组患者治疗前后的血压情况以及治疗有效率情况。结果治疗前,两组患者血压情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组血压情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=23.042、42.899,P<0.05);研究组治疗有效率(100.00%)明显高于对照组(76.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者轻微水肿发生率(16.00%)与对照组(8.00%)差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.189,P>0.05)。结论采用硝苯地平缓释剂可有效改善轻中度高血压患者血压情况,临床治疗效果理想。

Objective To analyze the effect of sustained-release nifedipine on patients with mild to moderate hypertension and analyze its pharmacology.Methods A total of 50 patients with mild to moderate hypertension admitted to the hospital from May to September 2019 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into a control group and a study group(25 cases in each group).The control group was treated with nifedipine tablets,and the study group was treated with nifedipine sustained-release tablets.The blood pressure before and after treatment and the treatment efficiency of the two groups were observed.Results Before treatment,there was not significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the blood pressure of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=23.042,42.899,P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant;study group of the effective rate of treatment(100.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant;the incidence of mild edema in the study group(16.00%)and the control group(8.00%);the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=0.189,P>0.05).Conclusion The use of sustained-release nifedipine can effectively improve blood pressure in patients with mild to moderate hypertension.
