综合康复护理在脊柱骨折术后护理中的应用探讨

Application of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing in Postoperative Nursing of Spinal Fracture

目的观察与探讨综合康复护理在脊柱骨折术后护理中的应用效果。方法对该院2017年12月—2019年7月收治的择期手术治疗的脊柱骨折患者进行筛选,从中选择92例作为该次研究的对象,分为研究组(实施常规护理干预)与对照组(常规护理干预+综合康复护理干预),各组46例。观察与比较两组生活质量评分、下肢深静脉血栓发生率、下肢疼痛发生率以及护理满意度。结果护理后,研究组躯体功能(96.31±6.14)分、社会功能(97.05±5.12)分、心理功能(97.68±4.96)分均高于对照组的(89.47±6.05)、(88.52±5.17)、(90.21±4.92)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.382、7.951、7.252,P<0.05);研究组下肢深静脉血栓发生率4.35%与下肢疼痛发生率8.70%低于对照组21.74%、28.26%,护理满意度95.65%高于对照组80.43%,与对照组差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.133、5.845、5.059,P<0.05)。结论对脊柱骨折患者术后实施综合康复护理能够提高患者生活质量,可以降低术后下肢深静脉血栓以及下肢疼痛发生率,能够获得令人更满意的护理效果。

Objective To observe and discuss the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in postoperative nursing of spinal fractures.Methods A screening of patients with spine fractures treated in the hospital from December 2017 to July 2019 who were treated for elective surgery,92 cases were selected as the objects of this study,and divided into study group(implementing routine nursing intervention)and control group(routine nursing intervention+comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention),46 cases in each group.The quality of life scores,the incidence of deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities,the incidence of pain in the lower extremities and the satisfaction of nursing care were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of physical function(96.31±6.14)points,social function(97.05±512)points,and mental function(97.68±4.96)points of the study group were all higher than those of the control group of(89.47±6.05)points,(88.52±5.17)points,(90.21±4.92)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.382,7.951,7.252,P<0.05);the incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs of the study group was 4.35%and the incidence of pain in the lower limbs was 8.70%lower than that of the control group,21.74%and 28.26%,and the nursing satisfaction rate 95.65%was higher than the control group by 80.43%,the difference with the control group was statistically significant(χ2=6.133,5.845,5.059,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation care for patients with spinal fractures after surgery can improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis and pain in the lower extremities after surgery,and achieve more satisfactory nursing results.
