中药连翘化学成分及药理活性研究进展

Research progress on the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Forsythiae fructus

连翘为中国传统中药,具有清热解毒、消肿散结、疏散风热等功效,临床上主要用于痈疽、乳痈、瘰疬、风热感冒、丹毒、温热入营、温病初起、高热烦渴、热淋尿闭、神昏发斑等症的治疗。连翘化学成分众多,目前分离鉴定的成分主要包括苯乙醇苷类、木脂素类、酚酸类、黄酮类、萜类及挥发油、C6-C2天然醇及其苷类等。现代药理研究表明,连翘具有抗炎、抑菌、抗病毒、抗氧化、保肝、抗肿瘤、免疫调节等活性。文章系统地总结了连翘的化学成分、药理活性研究进展,为其治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎应用提供科学依据。

Forsythia suspensa(Thunb.)Vahl.is one of traditional Chinese medicines,which has the function of clearing away heat and detoxification,detumescence,and dispersing wind fever.It has been mainly used as medicinal constituent in the treatment of ulcer,acute mastitis,scrofula,anemopyretic cold,erysipelas,and febrile disease early,high fever with polydipsia,anuria,and coma and so on.There are many chemical components in Forsythia suspense,including phenethyl alcohol glycosides,lignans,phenolic acids,flavonoids,terpenoids and volatile oils,C6-C2 natural alcohols and glycosides.Modern pharmacological studies showed that Forsythiae Fructus has anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,antiviral,antioxidant,liver protection,anti-tumor,immune regulation and other activities.This paper systematically summarizes the chemical composition and pharmacological activity,and provides a scientific basis for the development and utilization of Forsythiae Fructus against the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).
