探析葛根类方在糖尿病及其并发症中的应用

To explore the application of Pueraria category’s formulation in diabetes mellitus and its complications

葛根类方是以葛根为主药的一类方剂,在糖尿病及其并发症中应用广泛。本文通过阐述葛根汤、葛根加半夏汤、桂枝加葛根汤及葛根芩连汤这类方证的内涵,结合现代药理研究及临床实践,浅析葛根类方在糖尿病治疗中的作用,提出抓主症、方证对应的原则,充分体现了中医"同病异治,异病同治"的中医思想。

Pueraria category’s formulation is a kind of prescription based on Pueraria,which is widely used in diabetes and its complications.By expounding the connotation of Gegen Decoction,Gegen Decoction plus banxia,Guizhi Decoction plus Gegen and Gegen Qinlian Decoction,combining with modern pharmacology and clinical practice,this paper analyzes the role of Pueraria category’s formulation in diabetes mellitus,and puts forward the principle of focusing on the main symptoms and the corresponding prescriptions,which fully reflects the TCM thought of“different treatments for the same disease,the same treatment for different disease”.
