摘要 为了有效控制脱臭成品油中缩水甘油酯和塑化剂的含量,对现有的脱臭塔及脱臭系统进行优化设计,并在此基础上进行了生产实践。生产实践表明:优化后的脱臭生产线可实现三温脱臭,有效保证了脱臭工艺温度,花生油、玉米油、葵花籽油经脱臭得到的成品油缩水甘油酯和塑化剂含量均优于相关标准、规范要求,且符合国标一级油的质量要求。 In order to effectively control the contents of glycidyl ester and plasticizer in deodorizing refined oil,the existing deodorizing tower and deodorizing system were optimized,and on this basis,the production practice was carried out.The production practice showed that the optimized deodorization production line could realize three-temperature deodorization and effectively ensured the process temperature of deodorization.The contents of glycidyl ester and plasticizer of peanut oil,corn oil and sunflower oil obtained by deodorization were better than the relevant standards and specifications,and were in line with the quality requirements of national standard first-grade oil.
