摘要 建立一种香梨果皮上石蜡的气相色谱/质谱的分析方法,样品经正己烷超声提取后进气相色谱/质谱仪分析。选择C_(26)~C_(29)正构烷烃作为石蜡的代表物质,监测特征离子m/z 57.3、71.3、85.3、99.3,同时进行全扫描,对石蜡定性定量分析。结果表明:4种正构烷烃在10~1000μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.99,回收率为80.1%~128.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为7.62%~17.10%(n=6)。该方法简便、快速、稳定,可用于香梨果皮上石蜡的测定。 A gas chromatography/mass spectrometry method for the analysis of paraffin wax on pericarp of fragrant pear was established,the samples were extracted by n-hexane ultrasound and analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry.C 24~C_(29) n-alkanes were selected as the representative substances of paraffin,and the characteristic ions m/z 57.3,71.3,85.3 and 99.3 were monitored.At the same time,full scanning was performed for qualitative and quantitative analysis of paraffin.The results shaved that the correlation coefficients of 4 n-alkanes at the range of 10~1000μg/mL were all greater than 0.99,the recoveries were 80.1%~128.5%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 7.62%~17.10%(n=6).The method was simple,rapid and stable,and could be used for the determination of paraffin on the peel of fragrant pear.
