Research on Sensitive Factors of Intake Air Temperature About Supercharged Engine

车辆的热管理性能与发动机的进气温度密切相关,文章基于整车项目开发和DOE方法,梳理影响整车发动机进气温度的敏感因素并加以约束,经试验确认方案有效,可以将整车发动机进气温度控制在目标范围内,所确认的方案可为整车项目开发提供支持。

The thermal performance of a vehicle are closely related to the temperature of air entering the cylinder.Based on the vehicle project development and DOE method,This paper confirm the sensitive factors of the intake air temperature and constraint them.Based on testing results the methods can control the temperature within the target range.The methods can be used for vehicle project development.
