墨子职业教育思想在高职汽车类技术技能人才培养中的应用

On the Inheritance of Mohist Vocational Education Thought in the Training of Automobile Inspection and Maintenance Professionals in Higher Vocational Colleges

墨子职业教育思想契合当前高职院校坚持立德树人、德技并修,培养高素质技术技能人才的发展方向。文章以高职院校汽车检测与维修技术专业人才培养为例,传承和弘扬墨子的兼爱思想、因材施教、工匠精神、主动施教等职教精髓,实施现代教育教学改革,以期更好地运用于现实职业教育实践之中。

Mohist vocational education thought is in line with the development strategy of cultivating high-quality technical and technical talents by adhering to the principle of moral cultivation,moral and technical cultivation.Taking the training of inspection and maintenance professionals in higher vocational colleges as an example,we should inherit and carry forward the essence of vocational education,such as Mohist thought of universal love,teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,craftsman spirit and active teaching,and implement modern education and teaching reform in order to better apply it to the practical vocational education practice.
