文章从整车工厂人工成本的定义和组成出发,论述了影响整车工厂人工成本的因素,并分析了目前的优化方式,即传统精益生产方式的优点及不足之处。着重阐述早期产品设计优化对提升整车工厂制造效率、降低人工成本的益处和优化方法。

Starting from the definition and composition of labor cost in vehicle plant,this paper discusses the factors that affect the labor cost of vehicle plant,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the current optimization mode which is the traditional lean manufacturing method.This paper focuses on the benefits and optimization methods of early product design optimization to improve the manufacturing efficiency and reduce the labor cost of vehicle plant.
