摘要
随着中国汽车行业的蓬勃发展,文章从整车项目管理的角度,以理论知识为基础,并结合产品项目实例,阐述了项目管理在成本管理、进度管理、质量管理等三方面的总结和思考。
With the rapid development of China's automobile industry,this paper from the perspective of vehicle project management,based on theoretical knowledge,and combined with program examples,summary the project management in cost,process and quality management.
