护理导师制培养模式在康复专科护士临床教学中的应用

The Application of Nursing Tutor Training Model in Clinical Teaching of Rehabilitation Nurses

目的探讨导师制培养模式在康复专科护士临床教育中的作用,从而提高康复专科护士的教学质量,提高专科护士对带教工作的满意度。方法将近两届康复专科护士共60人,分为实验组和对照组各30例,实验组实行临床护理导师制,将30名专科护士分至3个病房,一名临床导师负责2名专科护士的临床带教,对照组专科护士同样平均分至相同的3个病房,护士长将专科护士分至护理组,由护理组长进行专科护士临床工作及带教的安排。结果一个月后专科护士结束临床实习,分别对其进行专科理论与操作考核,同时进行学员满意度调查,实验组操作考核成绩和学员满意度较对照组均有显著提高(P <0.05)。结论临床护理导师制对于提高康复专科护士教学质量具有显著作用。

Objective This paper discusses the role of the model of the tutorial system in the clinical education of rehabilitation nurses,so as to improve the teaching quality of rehabilitation nurses and their satisfaction with the teaching work.Methods Nearly twice rehabilitation specialist nurses,a total of 60 nurses,divided into experimental group and the control group(n=30),the experimental group implemented the clinical nursing tutorial system,30 specialist nurses were assigned to three wards,a clinical instructor was responsible for the two junior nurses clinical teaching,the control group were also divided into the same three wards,the head nurse assigned the specialist nurses to the nursing group,and the nursing group leader arranged the clinical work and teaching of the specialist nurses.Results One month later,the clinical practice of the specialist nurses was completed,and they were assessed with the specialist theory and operation respectively.Meanwhile,the students’satisfaction survey was conducted,and the results of the operation examination and student satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing tutorial system plays a significant role in improving the teaching quality of rehabilitation nurses.
