巴林特小组活动在肿瘤进修护士教学中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨巴林特小组结合人物"雕塑"对肿瘤进修护士人文关怀品质及共情能力的影响。方法 2019年3月-2020年10月根据自愿参与原则对外院78名肿瘤进修护士开展巴林特小组结合人物"雕塑"活动。活动开始前及结束后均采用人文关怀品质量表及杰弗逊共情量表进行问卷调查。结果巴林特小组结合人物"雕塑"活动后,肿瘤进修护士在人文关怀品质各维度及总分高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);肿瘤进修护士在共情能力各维度及总分高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),且巴林特圈内人员共情能力总评分显著高于圈外人员(P <0.05)。结论巴林特小组结合人物"雕塑"的模式可有效提高肿瘤进修护士的人文关怀和共情能力,且巴林特圈内人员共情能力的提升更显著。 Objective To explore the influence of Balint group combined with"sculpture"in the training of refresher oncology nurses on humanistic care and empathy ability.Methods From March 2019 to October 2020,according to the principle of voluntary participation,78 refresher oncology nurses were trained to carry out the activity of"sculpture"by combining Balint group.The humanistic care quality scale and Jefferson empathy scale were used before and after the activity.Results After Balint group combined with"sculpture"activity,there were statistically significant differences in the dimensions and total scores of humanistic care quality among oncology nurses compared with those who training before(P<0.05).The differences in the dimensions and total scores of empathic ability of oncology nurses were statistically significant compared with those who training before(P<0.05),and the total scores of empathic ability of Balint insiders were significantly higher than those outsiders(P<0.05).Conclusion The model of"sculpture"combined with Balint group can effectively improve the humanistic care and empathy ability of refresher oncology nurses,and the improvement of the empathy ability of Balint insiders is more significant.
