摘要 随着外科技术的不断进步,快速康复的理念逐渐被医患双方所接受。腹腔镜技术在外科手术中扮演着越来越重要的角色。腹腔镜手术从最初的胆囊切除逐渐向肝脏手术拓展。而为实现精准肝切除,需要对肿瘤区域进行精准定位,吲哚箐绿染色应用使腹腔镜肝段切除成为可能,因此腹腔镜下的视野及操作对于术中超声的导引作用更加依赖,而基于传统教学模式下的技术培训无法模拟腹腔镜下真实操作,无法满足临床需求,限制了腹腔镜肝手术的推广,也无法实现肝肿瘤的精准治疗理念。而近年来,随着虚拟现实技术(virtual reality,VR)在外科技术培训领域中得到推广,并取得良好的效果。文章就传统教学模式在腹腔镜肝切除术中超声导引技术的弊端加以阐述,对已开展模拟教学的医疗培训中心在实际应用中的经验加以总结,并对我中心采用模拟教学方法培训术中超声导引技术的情况进行回顾,探讨肝脏微创外科应用模拟教学方法对术中超声技术培训的优势和价值。 With the continuous progress of surgical technology,the concept of rapid rehabilitation is gradually accepted by both doctors and patients.Laparoscopic technique plays an increasingly important role in surgery from the initial cholecystectomy to liver surgery.The field of vision and operation under laparoscopy are more dependent on the guidance of intraoperative ultrasound,while the technical training based on the traditional teaching mode can not be simulated under laparoscopy,which limits the promotion of laparoscopic liver surgery.In recent years,with the promotion of virtual reality(VR)in the field of surgical technology training,good results have been achieved.In this paper,the disadvantages of traditional teaching mode in laparoscopic hepatectomy ultrasound-guided technology are described,the experience of medical training center which has carried out simulation teaching in practical application is summarized,and the situation of using simulation teaching method to train intraoperative ultrasound-guided technology in our center is reviewed,and to explore the advantages and value of simulation teaching method in minimally invasive liver surgery for intraoperative ultrasound-guided technology training.
