宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈癌前病变的效果研究

A Study on the Clinical Effect of Cervical Circular Resection in the Treatment of Cervical Precancerous Lesion

目的讨论宫颈环形电切术用于治疗宫颈癌前病变的临床效果。方法现随机选取2017年1月-2018年5月期间就诊于我院的宫颈癌前病变患者作为本次研究对象,共计纳入80例患者,按照随机数字法将其分为试验组和对照组,每组均纳入40例,对照组患者的治疗方式为基础常规手术治疗,试验组的治疗方式为宫颈环形电切术,对两组患者的治疗有效率、手术时间、术中出血量和住院时间进行对比。结果 (1)试验组患者的术中出血量少于对照组,组间统计学显示(t=12.283 6, P=0.000 0),试验组患者的手术时间和住院时间明显短于对照组,组间统计学显示(t=19.286 3,P=0.000 0)和(t=17.383 5,P=0.000 0),差异有统计学意义。(2)试验组患者的治疗总有效率为95.0%,对照组则为75.0%,试验组明显较高,二者差异存在统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.274 5,P=0.012 2)。结论宫颈癌前病变患者在就医时,通过宫颈环形电切术进行治疗干预方式,可使其治疗效果大大提升,使其手术时间明显减少,术中出血量较少,患者的预后恢复较好,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of circular electroresection of cervix uteri in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions.Methods A total of 80 patients with cervical precancerous lesions treated in our hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The control group was treated with basic routine operation,and the experimental group was treated with circular electroresection of the cervix.The effective rate,operation time,blood loss and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results(1)The amount of intraoperative bleeding in the experimental group was less than that in the control group(t=12.2836,P=0.0000),and the statistics showed that the operation time and hospitalization time in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(t=19.2863,P=0.0000),(t=17.3835,P=0.0000).(2)The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.0%,while that of the control group was 75.0%.The experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(χ^(2)=6.2745,P=0.0122).Conclusion When the patients with cervical precancerous lesions seek medical treatment,the treatment effect can be greatly improved by circular cervicectomy intervention,the operation time is significantly reduced,the intraoperative blood loss is less,and the prognosis of the patients is better.It has clinical application value.
