马蹄型肛周脓肿微创手术治疗的探讨

Minimally Invasive Surgery for Horseshoe-shaped Perianal Abscess

目的探讨微创手术应用于马蹄型肛周脓肿临床治疗中的效果。方法以我院2018年3月-2019年3月期间收治的70例马蹄型肛周脓肿患者为研究对象,遵循随机双盲法的规则进行分组,对照组(35例)、观察组(35例);对照组临床应用一期根治术,观察组临床应用微创手术,比对两组患者的治疗有效率以及术后肛门功能评分、疼痛评分、愈合时间、瘢痕面积。结果观察组治疗有效率为97.14%,与对照组的94.29%进行比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);但观察组术后肛门功能评分与疼痛评分低于对照组,愈合时间短于对照组,瘢痕面积小于对照组,即对应数据存在显著优势,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论微创手术应用于马蹄型肛周脓肿临床治疗中具有较为确切的效果,不仅可以改善患者的肛门功能,因创伤较小,可以加快创口愈合,瘢痕面积较小,疼痛感较弱,有利于患者实现早期康复,具备临床使用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive surgery in the clinical treatment of horseshoe-shaped perianal abscess.Methods Seventy patients with horseshoe-type perianal abscess who were admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were enrolled in the study.The random doubleblind rule was followed.The control group(35 cases)and observation group(35).The control group was treated with one-stage radical surgery.The observation group was treated with minimally invasive surgery.The treatment efficiency and postoperative anal function score,pain score,healing time and scar area were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%,which was compared with 94.29%of the control group.There was no statistical significance between the groups(P>0.05).However,the postoperative anal function score and pain score of the observation group were lower than the control group,and the healing time was shorter than that in the control group,and the scar area was smaller than that in the control group,there was a significant advantage in the corresponding data,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery has a more effective effect in the clinical treatment of horseshoe-shaped perianal abscess.It can not only improve the anal function of the patient,but also can shorten the healing time of the wound due to less trauma.The scar area is small and the pain is weak.It is beneficial to patients to achieve early rehabilitation and has clinical value.
