小儿急性哮喘应用西替利嗪和布地奈德的效果

Effects of Cetirizine and Budesonide on Acute Asthma in Children

目的分析治疗小儿急性哮喘应用西替利嗪口服溶液联合布地奈德混悬液的安全性。方法入组本院科室收治的小儿急性哮喘患儿共70例,随机分组,对照组的患儿给予布地奈德进行治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上增加西替利嗪口服溶液进行治疗。比较两组哮喘症状控制的时间、治疗前后患者最大通气量、用力肺活量、用力呼气量和呼气中期流速、治疗总有效率、副作用。结果观察组哮喘症状控制的时间、治疗后患者最大通气量、用力肺活量、用力呼气量和呼气中期流速、治疗总有效率均优于对照组,P <0.05。两组的副作用比较则不存在明显差异P> 0.05。结论布地奈德混悬液与西替利嗪口服溶液进行治疗对于小儿急性哮喘的效果确切,可有效控制哮喘以及改善患儿的肺功能,安全性高。

Objective To analyze the safety of cetirizine oral solution combined with budesonide suspension in the treatment of acute asthma in children.Methods 70 children with acute asthma were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with budesonide,while the observation group was treated with cetirizine oral solution on the basis of the control group.The time of symptom control,maximal ventilation,forced vital capacity,forced expiratory capacity and mid expiratory flow rate were compared between the two groups.Results The time of symptom control,maximal ventilation,forced vital capacity,forced expiratory capacity,middle expiratory velocity and total effective rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in side effects between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Budesonide suspension and cetirizine oral solution for the treatment of children with acute asthma is effective,it can effectively control asthma and improve the lung function of children with high safety.
