个案管理对乳腺癌患者心理及生活质量的影响

The Influence of Case Management Nursing on the Psychology and Quality of Life of Breast Cancer Patients

目的本研究旨在探讨个案管理护理模式对乳腺癌患者心理及生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年1-6月我院收治的40例原发性乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(20例,常规护理)和对照组(20例,乳腺癌个案管理),对干预前后两组心理状况及生活质量进行对比分析。结果干预前两组SAS、SDS、CARESSF得分比较差异不显著(P> 0.05),经干预两组SAS、SDS、CARESSF得分均得到显著降低(P <0.05),且干预后观察组SAS、SDS、CARESSF得分显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论个案管理护理模式应用于乳腺癌患者中可显著改善其心理状况,提升生活质量,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To explore the influence of case management nursing model on the psychology and quality of life of breast cancer patients.Methods 40 patients with primary breast cancer admitted to our hospital from January to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the observation group(20 cases,routine nursing)and the control group(20 cases,breast cancer case management).The psychological status and quality of life of the two groups before and after the intervention were compared and analyzed.Results There was no significant differenced in SAS,SDS and CARESSF scores between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05),but significant decreased in SAS,SDS and CARESSF scores between the two groups after the intervention(P<0.05),and the SAS,SDS and CARESSF scores in the observation group after the intervention were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of case management nursing model to breast cancer patients can significantly improve their psychological status,improve the quality of life,worthy of clinical reference.
