达英-35配合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的性激素水平变化

Changes of Sex Hormone Levels in the Treatment of Infertility with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome by Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets combined with Clomifene Citrate Capsules

目的探讨达英-35配合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的性激素水平变化。方法随机选取2016年2月-2018年2月该院多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者60例,将入组患者按先后序列号(1~60)随机分为两组:达英-35配合克罗米芬治疗(治疗组,30例),单独克罗米芬治疗(对照组,30例),统计分析两组患者的临床症状发生情况、性激素水平、排卵、妊娠情况。结果治疗组患者的月经稀发20.0%(6/30)、多毛30.0%(9/30)、痤疮发生率26.7%(8/3)均显著低于对照组53.3%(16/30)、66.7%(20/30)、60.0%(18/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.177、8.076、6.787,P<0.05);T(1.1±0.4)mmol/L、LH(6.4±1.1)IU/L、E2(24.7±4.0)pg/mL水平均显著低于对照组T(1.7±0.5)mmol/L、LH(9.5±1.6)IU/L、E2(44.4±4.9)pg/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),排卵率93.3%(28/30)、妊娠率60.0%(18/30)均显著高于对照组66.7%(20/30)、26.7%(8/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论达英-35配合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕较单独克罗米芬治疗更能有效降低患者的性激素水平,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the changes of sex hormone levels in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility with Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets combined with Clomifene Citrate Capsules.Methods A total of 60 infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in the hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were randomly selected.The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to their sequence numbers(1-60):Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets combined with Clomifene Citrate Capsules(treatment group,30 cases),Clomifene Citrate Capsules alone(control group,30 cases),statistical analysis of the occurrence of clinical symptoms,sex hormone levels,ovulation,and pregnancy in the two groups.Results The patients in the treatment group had oligomenorrhea20.0%(6/30),hirsutism 30.0%(9/30),and the incidence of acne was 26.7%(8/30),were significantly lower than the control group 53.3%(16/30),66.7%(20/30),60.0%(18/30),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.177,8.076,6.787,P<0.05),T(1.1±0.4)mmol/L,LH(6.4±1.1)IU/L,E2(24.7±4.0)pg/m Lwas significantly lower than the control group T(1.7±0.5)mmol/L,LH(9.5±1.6)IU/L,E2(44.4±4.9)pg/m L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),ovulation rate 93.3%(28/30),pregnancy rate 60.0%(18/30)were significantly higher than the control group 66.7%(20/30),26.7%(8/30),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets combined with Clomifene Citrate Capsules in the treatment of infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome is more effective in reducing the level of sex hormones in patients than clomiphene alone,and it is worthy of clinical application.
